Description of services: Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault (CAASA) provides services to victims and survivors of Sexual Assault. All services are free and confidential to all men, women, and children. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Serving Victims and Survivors in Buena Vista, Calhoun, Carroll, Cherokee, Clay, Crawford, Dickinson, Emmet, Ida, Lyon, Monona, O'Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Pocahontas, Sac, Sioux, and Woodbury counties.

Description of services: CHSC services children and youth, birth through 21 years of age, who live in Iowa and have or are at an increased risk for a chronic condition, and have a need for special services. Chronic conditions can include physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional issues. The Regional Autism Assistance Program (RAP) connects families to services for their child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Description of services:
Our outreach office serves as a local contact point for anyone needing assistance and is the application center for many Mid-Sioux programs, including the Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program, Weatherization, and Head Start/Early Start. The agency administers other programs including Childe Care Resource & Referral, WIC/Maternal Health, and the Family Development & Self-Sufficiency Program that works with families on setting goals and connecting the family to resources they need for success. Our outreach offices offer crisis assistance, if funds are available, for past due rent or utilities.
